These Terms of Service govern purchases made through the Marante online store and the use of this website.

By placing an order through our store, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
Products
Marante produces 3D-printed products, including standard, personalized and made-to-order products.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product photographs, colours, dimensions, features and descriptions. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, filament batches and the nature of the manufacturing process.
3D-printed products may naturally contain minor layer lines, seam marks, texture variations or small cosmetic differences between individual prints. These characteristics are not considered defects where they are minor and do not materially affect the appearance, safety or intended use of the product.
This does not limit your statutory rights where goods are genuinely defective or do not conform to the contract. EU consumer rules provide a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not match what was advertised or agreed.
Orders
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is accepted when we confirm the order and the payment has been successfully authorised or otherwise accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including:
- an obvious pricing or product-information error;
- inability to manufacture the requested customization;
- suspected fraudulent activity;
- unlawful or inappropriate customer-supplied content;
- infringement of third-party rights;
- inability to deliver to the supplied address.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Personalized and made-to-order products
Customers are responsible for carefully checking all personalization details before completing an order.
This may include:
- names and spelling;
- dates and times;
- birth weight and length;
- colour selections;
- photographs;
- car reference images;
- other customer-supplied text, measurements or specifications.
If we correctly manufacture a product using the information supplied by the customer, an error contained in the customer's submitted information is not considered a manufacturing defect.
If you discover a mistake after ordering, contact contact@marante3d.com as soon as possible.
If production has not begun, we will make reasonable efforts to change the order. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production has started.
Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized are generally excluded from the statutory EU 14-day withdrawal right.
This exception does not remove your legal rights if a personalized item is damaged, defective, incorrectly manufactured or does not match the agreed order.
Customer-uploaded photographs and designs
Some Marante products require customers to upload photographs, artwork or reference images.
By submitting content to us, you confirm that you own the content or otherwise have the necessary right or permission to provide it to us and request its reproduction.
You grant Marante a limited right to use the submitted material only as reasonably necessary to:
- prepare the design;
- manufacture your product;
- fulfil your order;
- communicate with you about the order;
- handle customer support or legitimate disputes relating to the order.
Submitting content does not give us permission to publish your private photographs or use them in advertising, social media or promotional material without separate permission from you.
We may refuse to manufacture content that we reasonably believe is unlawful or infringes another person's intellectual-property or other rights.
Image quality
The quality of a product created from an uploaded photograph depends partly on the quality of the source image.
Low-resolution, heavily compressed, blurred, very dark, overexposed or heavily cropped photographs may result in reduced detail.
Where reasonably practical, we may contact you if we believe an image is unsuitable for production.
A product is not considered defective solely because detail was missing from, or unclear in, the photograph originally supplied by the customer.
Prices
The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to your order.
Shipping charges and any other mandatory charges payable to us will be shown before you confirm the order.
Where we are legally required to charge tax, the applicable tax will be handled in accordance with the law.
International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or carrier charges imposed by the destination country where these are not collected at checkout.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Payments may be processed by Shopify and/or third-party payment processors.
We do not directly store complete payment-card details.
Production
Many Marante products are made after an order is received.
Production times can vary depending on the product, order volume, customization and whether additional information is required from the customer.
Any production or dispatch estimate displayed by us is an estimate unless we have expressly agreed to a specific deadline.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, EU consumer rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days of conclusion of the contract.
For consumer orders, Marante remains responsible for loss or damage during transport until the goods are received by the customer or a person designated by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Returns
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Marante branding, photographs, website content, graphics, written material and original product designs belong to Marante or their respective rights holders.
Buying a physical product does not transfer ownership of underlying:
- STL files;
- CAD files;
- 3D models;
- source files;
- design files;
- photographs;
- trademarks;
- other intellectual property.
Customer-supplied photographs and other content remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Acceptable use
You must not use our store to:
- place fraudulent orders;
- interfere with website security or functionality;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- upload malware;
- submit unlawful content;
- deliberately infringe third-party intellectual-property rights;
- otherwise use the service unlawfully.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights provided to consumers under Croatian or European Union consumer law.

Please include enough information for us to identify and understand the complaint.
We will acknowledge and respond to written consumer complaints in accordance with Croatian consumer law. Croatian law requires a written response no later than 15 days after receipt of the complaint.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable European Union law.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections applicable to you under law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will not retroactively alter contracts already concluded unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
