How do personalized orders work?
Choose the product options, fill in the personalization fields on the product page, and add it to cart. Those details stay attached to that item in the order.
Can I upload my own photo?
Yes. Products such as lithophanes and custom keychain holders include an image upload field directly on the product page.
Why can I see small layer lines?
Layer lines are a normal part of FDM 3D printing. Product photography is intentionally close enough to show the real surface.
Can I request something different?
Yes. Use the custom order page for a different size, design or idea that is not already listed.
How much is shipping?
Add your items to cart and use the shipping-rate checker. It reads the current rates from our Shopify shipping setup for your cart and destination before you go to checkout.
How long does production take?
Every piece is made to order. If a usual production range is available, it is shown on the product page; delivery time is separate and depends on the destination.
Can personalized products be returned?
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized can be excluded from the standard change-of-mind withdrawal right. Your rights for faulty, damaged, wrong or misdescribed goods are not affected.
